These terms are written in plain language and describe how the WhizzStep site and its interactive labs may be used. They are not legal advice. Schools entering a formal delivery agreement with WhizzStep should rely on that written agreement rather than this page.
Purpose
This site and its interactive labs are provided for educational use by schools, teachers, students and families exploring AI and Quantum Computing concepts.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, security, employment or investment advice. Labs such as the Medical AI Decision Lab are simplified educational scenarios, not diagnostic tools.
Simulations are simplified
Every AI and Quantum lab is a simplified model built to teach a concept. None connects to production AI systems or real quantum hardware, and none should be relied on for real-world decisions.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Use in the classroom
Teachers and students may use the labs for classroom learning. Content may not be resold or republished as your own without permission.

Lab completion cards and badges record activity on this site only. They are not externally accredited qualifications. The GUARD certificate programme is separately described on the GUARD page, including its assessment basis.
