Nominate a coordinator and facilitator(s).
Confirm a safeguarding lead and escalation route before the pilot starts.
Provide classroom/device access for the agreed sessions.
Inform parents according to school policy.
Teacher/facilitator responsibilities
Complete the Facilitator Guide's safeguarding section before running Session 2 (or the equivalent deepfake/escalation session).
Use only curated scenarios; do not connect students to a live AI chatbot for this module.
Record only what the school's pilot instruments require.
Privacy and data minimisation
No student name, email or school login is required by default. Any name field in the tools is optional, stays on the student's device, and is used only for a local completion card. Feedback forms are anonymous unless the school separately chooses a named process in writing.

Baseline and endline approach
Baseline: diagnostic score and teacher observation before Session 1 (or its equivalent). Endline: capstone outcome, anonymous student/parent feedback, and teacher observation after the final session.

Limitations
This is a formative classroom pilot, not a controlled research study, an accredited certification, or a safety/compliance audit. Results should be read as classroom-level evidence, not as a generalisable claim about AI competence.
